Below are our RES lecturers’ profiles:

Mr Andy Low

Mr. Andy Low is a professional with postgraduate Degrees in Economics, Law, and Management, and local diplomas in Data Analytics, AI, Business Analytics, and Accountancy. Andy also holds memberships with SCAQ, ACRA, and ISCA.

Currently serving as a Board director at the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association Limited (SCCA), Andy is a key figure in the regulation of in-house lawyers, supported by the Ministry of Law. He is also a lifetime member of LSEAAS, NUSS, and ASA 40 under 40.

As Lead Counsel with Familywills and CityLaw LLC, specializing in family law, wills, trusts, conveyancing, and private client work, Andy brings a wealth of practical experience to his roles.

An educator for over a decade, Andy has taught at various institutions, covering topics from real estate to Master of Law programs. His legal expertise is further demonstrated by his membership in The Honourable Society of The Inner Temple.

Beyond his legal career, Andy runs a tuition center with his friends, teaching MOE subjects up to IP & A ‘Levels. Committed to excellence, Mr. Andy Low is a distinguished figure in both legal practice and education.

Mr Derek Woo

Mr. Derek Woo is a distinguished Veteran Real Estate Professional with an illustrious career spanning over a decade. His wealth of experience is underscored by numerous media appearances and speaking engagements at prestigious events.

Derek has been featured in various media outlets, including CNA938’s Open House Radio Show, where his insights into the real estate industry have captivated audiences. Additionally, he has served as a speaker at 99.co’s Agent Submit, further solidifying his standing as a respected authority in the field.

As a seasoned professional, Derek specializes in assisting home owners in buying and selling properties. His unique approach involves leveraging modern technology to provide market insights and real-time data analysis. This commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends allows him to offer clients informed advice with their interests as the top priority.

Derek’s expertise extends across residential, commercial, and industrial properties, enabling him to provide comprehensive guidance to his clients. He takes pride in being a coach and mentor, having imparted his knowledge to over 700 agents on effective property sales and strategic property acquisitions. Derek is not only an active agent in the field but also a dedicated mentor who finds fulfillment in the success of his mentees.

Derek holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and the application of technology in his real estate endeavors.

Mr Leslie Goh

Mr Leslie Goh is a Licensed Appraiser in his own valuation practice. His work experience in the real estate industry over the last 30 years includes agency work, facility and project management and fire safety management.

As a trainer, he has taught at two of Singapore’s polytechnics and private educational institutions. Currently, he is an associate trainer with the Building & Construction Authority. Leslie holds a B Sc (Estate Management) and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.

Mr Mark Gansham

Mr Mark Gansham graduated from the University of London with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. He is also ACTA (Advanced Certificate In Training And Assessment) qualified, a pre-requisite to train WDA’s Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) programs.

Mark has been a real estate practitioner for 18 years and has vast experience in sales and lease transactions of both the public and private residential market. He has vast knowledge in areas of HDB and Private Residential Properties. Mark has extensive experience in Real Estate training. He is involved in training in Area of Rental & Sale of Public and Private Properties as well as Skills based training.

He has also been committed in training salespersons on Ethical Practices and Professional Behavior. Currently, he is a Business Head as well as a CPD trainer with an estate agent that is part of an international property consultancy.

Mr Ong Chin Hwee

Mr Ong Chin Hwee Francis is concurrently a Director and the Key Executive Officer of a local property consultancy company.  He is a founder Board Member of SAEA Ltd and has for many years served in honorary non-executive positions in various real estate industry associations, the CEHA Board, pro-tem professional development committees, mediation and disciplinary panels.

Chin Hwee has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 40 years, holding senior positions in both the public and private sectors. His work experience has been extensive, encompassing administrative and professional responsibilities for property consultancy and agency services, valuation, land acquisition and disposal, commercial and industrial property leasing, commercial and industrial building management, maintenance management and project management.

Mr Steve Liu

Mr Steve Liu is currently a Director and KEO of a local real estate agency. He has been active in the real estate industry for past 15 years; having direct working experience as a real estate practitioner. Prior his current role, he had held various appointments as an Executive Director of real estate agency company, a real estate development and construction company, Head of Business Unit in an international property consultancy firm, team leader of agency firm and project IC of developer’s project.

Among those practising real estate matters for many years, he acts as a consultant in matters regarding feasibility studies on landed properties development and small-scale collective sales sites. His other expertise are sale and leasing of public and private residential properties, residential properties under construction, offices and shops. His other expertise in dealings with matters involving Real Estate Contract Law.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering at University of New South Wales, Australia, Certificate in Common Examinations for Housing Agents (CEHA) at Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers, Certificate in Real Estate Agency (REA), Council for Estate Agencies, Certificate in Conveyance Practises, Singapore University of Social Sciences, WSQ Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and other non-real estate related qualifications.

Prior as SEAA trainer, he has been an adjunct lecturer in Nanyang Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic

Over the years, he develops and conducts several real estate courses which includes CPD and RES courses for the institution. Among the RES courses, he has helped 700 institution’s students passed the RES examination within 2 years.


Mr Sunny Lee

Mr Sunny Lee has some 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has worked in both public and private sectors, holding various senior positions covering investment, residential and commercial sectors.

Sunny holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Estate Management) and a Master of Science Degree (Property Maintenance & Management) from the National University of Singapore. He is a licensed Valuer and a registered Salesperson; and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers. He is also ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment) qualified – a needed requirement to train WDA’s WSQ programs.
