Besides representing the Estate Agencies and Salespersons, SEAA provides members a platform to network; to share concerns and ideas with the intention of self-improvement and for the betterment of the company and the industry.

Members also enjoy privileges including preferred rate for our CPD activities, Agent Keys, MediCare app, products and services, as well as special invitations to events.

Under SEAA’s membership, our membership types are defined as follows:

  • Associate Membership – Individual who is registered as a salesperson under section 29 of the Estate Agents Act.
  • Ordinary Membership –  Practicing Key Executive Officer (KEO), an Executive Director, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer or equivalent of a Real Estate Agency.
  • Student Membership – Students of RES courses (auto admitted as a student member and membership will valid for ONE-year from the date individual signs up for RES course)
