Mr Chong Kee Hiong, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

Mr Chong Kee Hiong was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director on 1 January 2019. He is also a Director of One Raffles Quay Pte. Ltd and a Partners’ Representative of BFC Development LLP.
Mr Chong is currently President of the General Committee of Orchid Country Club, President of the General Committee of Aranda Country Club as well as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Foodfare Catering Pte Ltd. Mr Chong is also an elected Member of Parliament for Bishan–Toa Payoh GRC.
Mr Chong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with National University of Singapore and completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program in 2008. He is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Patrick Tan, Chief Executive Officer

Patrick is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fortis Law Corporation. Patrick is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, Associate Mediator of the Singapore Mediation Centre, Senior Mediator on the Law Society of Singapore Panel of Mediators, and a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with STEP. He is an approved CPD trainer by the Council of Estate Agencies and the inaugural and current Legal Advisor to the Singapore Estate Agents Association, Asia Estate Planning Association, Singapore Vehicle Traders Association, and the Spa and Wellness Association Singapore.
Patrick’s area of practice includes private client, real estate, litigation and dispute resolution.
Professor Sing Tien Foo, Provost’s Chair Professor

Sing Tien Foo is Provost’s Chair Professor at the Department of Real Estate, Business School. He was formerly the Director of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) (2015-2022) and the Head of the Department of Real Estate (2020-2022) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He was the past President of the Asian Real Estate Society (AsRES) (2019-2021) and has been a board member of AsRES (since 2000) and the Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC) (since 2008). Committee (2014). Tien Foo serves as a Member of the Panel of Assessors of the Appeal Board (Land Acquisition), Ministry of Law, Singapore (since 2010), and a Member of the Valuation Review Board, Ministry of Finance (2019-2021), and a Member of the Professional Development Committee (or formerly known as Examination and Professional Development Committee) of the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), Ministry of National Development (2014-2018). He is also the Honorary Advisor of the PropTech Association of Singapore (SPTA) (2018) and the Singapore Estate Agencies Association (SEAA) (2019-2021). He serves on the Singapore Chapter Board and Singapore Advocacy Committee of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA) (2021-present).
