AWARD CATEGORIES
Outstanding Youths Award
This award recognizes the successful and outstanding performance of high achieving youths, their commitment, drive and passion in the industry.
Eligibility:
28 years old or below as of 31 Dec 2023, earns at least $120,000 in 2023 from 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023*, with minimum of 5 transactions.
Documents required:
1) A short write-up of yourself (approximately 300 words) that justifies why you deserves to win this award.
2) Optional item – It will be an added advantage if you can showcase any client’s testimonial and/or achievements outside of your real estate career.
Rookies Award
This award recognizes new entrance who have demonstrated exemplary performance in sales and rental transactions, driven and passionate despite the short stint in the real estate industry.
Eligibility:
Joined the industry since 1 July 2022, earns at least $80,000 for 18 months from 1 July 2022 to 31 Dec 2023*, with minimum of 5 transactions.
Documents required:
1) A short write-up of yourself (approximately 300 words) that justifies why you deserves to win this award.
2) Optional item – It will an added advantage if you can showcase any client’s testimonial and/or achievement outside of your real estate career.
Senior Achievers Award
This award recognizes seniors who have remained active in the industry and demonstrated outstanding performance in sales and rental transaction. They have proven that age is just a number.
Eligibility:
60 years old and above as of 31 Dec 2023, earns at least $100,000 from 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023*, with minimum of 5 transactions.

1)A short write-up of yourself (approximately 300 words) that justifies why you deserves to win this award.
2)Optional item – It will an added advantage if you can showcase any client’s testimonial and/or achievement outside of your real estate career.
Salespersons Achievement Award
This award recognizes the effort of individual salespersons for their stellar performance in achieving not just high standards in terms of sales and rental transactions.
Eligibility:
Earns at least $100,000 from 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023*
Minimum of 5 transactions in the year
Documents required:
1)A short write-up of yourself (approximately 300 words) that justifies why you deserves to win this award.
2)Optional item – It will an added advantage if you can showcase any client’s testimonial and/or achievement outside of your real estate career.
*Refers to commission summary with transactions properly completed and received by the agency within the time period. For EA2024’s registration, you’re only required to fill in your Gross Commission Received or GCR amount in the application form. SEAA will verify the amount with your estate agency.
Award Tiers:
DIAMOND ($1,000,000 and above)
PLATINUM ($400,001 to $999,999)
GOLD ($200,000 to $400,000)
SILVER ($100,000 to $199,999)
