UTAP Claims for NTUC Union Members (Individual CPD Courses)
To support your UTAP claim, please write in to cpd@siea.org.sg for SIEA to issue a detailed invoice showing the course title and course fee for the individual course(s) attended.
Before requesting the invoice, please ensure that:
✅ You have attended and completed the course(s).
✅ You have received the corresponding e-certificate(s) for the course(s) completed.
Why is attendance verification required?
SIEA will verify your attendance records before issuing the detailed invoice to ensure that:
- The course(s) reflected on the invoice have been attended and completed by the NTUC Union Member.
- The course title(s) and fee(s) stated on the invoice are accurate for UTAP claim purposes.
- Any changes arising from course rescheduling, transfers, or replacement sessions are correctly reflected on the invoice.
This verification helps prevent discrepancies in UTAP claim submissions and ensures that the invoice issued accurately matches the course(s) completed.
To request a detailed invoice, please contact SIEA after you have received your e-certificate(s).
